About the Author

Dr. Edward Schellhammer (Swiss)

Dr. Edward Schellhammer studied Education, Psychology, Philosophy, Information Technology and Statistics in Fribourg (Licentiate) and in Zürich (Doctorate). He was lecturer at the University of Zurich (Psychology, Methodology and Statistics of Social Sciences, Philosophical Anthropology, and Innovation in social institutions (5 years). He was also manager of various scientific projects (5 years). He was teacher in a Professional School (Psychology; 1.5 years) and in a Head Nurse School (Philosophical Anthropology, Special Pedagogy, 2 years), as well as in a Superior School for Therapeutic Pedagogy (Children’s Pedagogy, Psychopathology; 2.5 years).

Later he completed further education in psychoanalysis (several schools such as Freudian and Jungian, as well as in Institutes of Humanistic Psychology and Behavior Training). In 1979 he established his own Academy and Practice for Individuation with over 1,500 students and clients over the course of 10 years. He was engaged for years in the research about Religions, Spirituality, Esoteric, and holistic alternative therapy, having participated in countless further education programs and international conferences.

Dr. Edward Schellhammer has written 21 books (in German), 5 of them are translated in English (eBooks); main subjects: Individuation in theory and practice, dream theory and dream interpretation, strategies of problem solving, the individual and collective unconscious, love and relationship, the archetypes of the soul, the future of humanity, global human education, philosophical and pedagogical Anthropology, didactics in teaching, counseling and coaching .

Since 1988 he lives and works in Marbella (Spain). He realized in Spain various further education programs and has done psycho-analytical counseling with over a thousand international clients. From 2003 to 2009 Dr. Edward mainly worked in the field of Life & Business Coaching. He developed coaching and mediation concepts for Geopolitical and Socioeconomic Consulting in the fields of the big national and global problems of humanity and the world.

Dr. Edward Schellhammer is the founder of the new Marbella University, a vision developed over 20 years. Interested people, working or retired, in the world of Business, Education, and Politics, as well as any experts and celebrities are invited for collaboration, investment or sponsoring and also experts for teaching. Students, independent individuals, and the young at heart are also invited to give life to this project by participating today in the new vanguard study programs we will start in February 2010.
